5. Westminster 25%

So, there are the results after our research into London's top areas for young people. As you can see it is the most central boroughs that house most of London's young people. Hardly surprising since these are the more lively areas.

There are downsides...

Unfortunately, since the boroughs and their locations mentioned above are mostly in the centre of London they come with disadvantages too.
