Tenants’ Contents Insurance: It is highly recommended that tenants take out Tenant’s Contents Insurance which covers accidental damage to the landlord’s contents at the property, for example, spillages on carpets, damage to kitchen worktops, bathroom suites, etc. This can be obtained from reputable insurance companies for as little as £2 per week and will also cover all your personal belongings such as TV, computer, laptops, clothing etc. Please let us know if you would like a quotation.
