Chase Evans tenants' charges
The following is a detailed list of Fees and Charges that may be incurred during and after an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) arranged by Chase Evans.
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments: - Holding Deposit: A maximum of 1 week's rent. This is to reserve a property. - Security Deposit: A maximum deposit of 5 weeks' rent for annual rent below £50,000, or 6-weeks rent for annual rental of £50,000 and above. - Change to a tenancy agreement: £50.00 inc VAT e.g., change of sharer.
