Holding Deposit (per tenancy) One weeks rent. This is to reserve a property. If extra costs are incurred there will be a charge of £10 per hour (inc. VAT) for the time taken replacing lost key(s) or other security device(s).

Early Termination (Tenants Request) Should the tenant wish to leave their contract early, they shall be liable to the landlord’s costs in re-letting the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.

Permitted payments and tenant protection information
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments. Permitted payments
For properties in England, the Tenant Fees Act 2019 means that in addition to rent, lettings agents can only charge tenants (or anyone acting on the tenant's behalf) the following permitted payments:
