As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.

Payment of a 50.00 if you want to change the tenancy agreement

Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy.

Early Termination Upon receipt of a written request from the tenant(s) and acceptance of the landlord, to terminate the tenancy prior to the fixed term, a fee equivalent to the landlords costs to re-let the property will be due.
