To allow us to secure the property for you we would require a non-refundable deposit of 1 weeks rent. This will be deducted from your final balance.
We will require 1 monthââ¬â¢s rent in advance. A deposits of 5 weeksââ¬â¢ rent for annual rent below ãâ£50,000, or 6 weeksââ¬â¢ rent for annual rental of ãâ£50,000 and above) will be required.
Upon the landlords approval any name changes/deed of assignments will be charged at a rate of ãâ£50 (inclusive of VAT) Fees will apply for payments associated with early termination of a tenancy (capped at the landlordââ¬â¢s loss or the agentââ¬â¢s reasonably incurred costs); Utilities, communication services (eg. Telephone, broadband), TV licence and council tax; Interest payments for the late payment of rent (up to 3% above Bank of Englandââ¬â¢s annual percentage rate); Reasonable costs for replacement of lost keys or other security devices; Contractual damages in the event of the tenantââ¬â¢s default of a tenancy agreement; and Any other permitted payments under the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
