Tenant Fees - Holding Deposit (per tenancy) - 1 week`s rent to reserve a property. This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materially significant false / misleading information or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (&/or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing). Security Deposit Rent under £50k pa 5 weeks` rent per tenancy. Rent of £50k or over pa 6 weeks` rent unless specified otherwise on the property advert & tenancy agreement. This covers damages or defaults on the part of the tenant during the tenancy.
