An administration fee of £150 is payable at the time of submitting an application. This is per property, not per person. If a guarantor is required an additional fee of £60 is to be paid at the time of submitting the application form.
A fee is payable at the time of taking the tenancy for completion and provision of an inventory. This can vary between £60 - £150 depending on size of property.
The first months rent is due at the time of signing the tenancy (eg £650). The deposit of a months rent + £200 is also payable at the time of signing the tenancy (eg £850). If pets are permitted for the tenancy an extra £100 must be paid towards the deposit.
We are members of the Property Ombudsman scheme who are an independent body who will adjudicate any complaints you may have. Our deposits are held by the Deposit Protection Scheme who act as an independent body to resolve any deputes that arise at the end of a tenancy.
