As part of our application process, fees will become due for referencing, tenancy agreement administration and an inventory check, these will be charged in addition to the Rent and Deposit that will be payable before the tenancy starts.

Tenant (Contract Holder) Charges

Refundable Holding Deposit - equivalent to 1 weeks rent (refundable within the 15 day cooling off period subject to the terms of the contract)

Security Deposit - equivalent to 5 weeks rent maximum

Early Contract Termination - Full rent will remain payable for the remainder of the fixed term or until a suitable replacement tenant is found

Late Rent Payment - 3% above the current Bank Of England interest rate on the full amount of the arrears

Referral Fees - Some third party providers may pay a referral fee to the Agent for referring a tenant to use their services

Call Out During Office Hours - £36.00 (incl VAT) where a member of staff has to attend due to a tenants actions (such as letting you into a room because you`ve left your key inside)

Out Of Hours Call Out - £72.00 (incl VAT) for issues which cannot be resolved by the contractors on the Out of Hours Call Out List (out of office hours - includes evenings & weekends when the office is closed)

Replacement Key - Charged at the cost of the third party provider who is used to cut the key
