Before the tenancy starts (payable to EweMove Leighton Buzzard 'the Agent')

Holding Deposit: 1 week's rent = £750.00

Deposit: £3,750.00 (maximum 5 week's rent)

During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)

• Payment of up to £50 inc VAT if you want to change the tenancy agreement
• Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate is charged daily
• Payment of up to £50 inc VAT for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices unless cost of remedy is greater
• Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs (including re-letting costs) associated with your early termination of the tenancy

During the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable

Council Tax; Utilities - gas (or other fuel), electricity, water, sewage, green deal charges; Communication Services - television licence, telephone (other than a mobile telephone), the internet, installation of and subscription to cable or satellite television.

Country Properties require a holding deposit equivalent to 1 week's agreed rent to reserve the property. If at any time during any extended period you decided not to proceed with the tenancy, then your holding deposit will be retained. By the same token, if during that period you unreasonably delay in responding to any reasonable requests made by the agent, and it turns out that you have provided us with false or misleading information as part of your tenancy application, or if you fail any of the checks which the landlord is required to undertake under the Immigration Act 2014, then again your holding deposit will not be returned. It will be retained by the agent.

On successful passing of credit checks, 1 month's rent (less holding deposit) and a damages deposit equivalent to 5 weeks agreed rent is required. Monthly rent will be payable per calendar month in advance. Please see our website for full tenancy information.
