Guarantor referencing - All guarantor will have to pass a credit check and have no adverse credit and the income used will be 3 times the annual rent.
£50 charge will apply if you request a name change from the original tenancy agreement.
Rent arrears - Interest will be charged on rent arrears after 14 days 3% above the current Bank of England base rate.
All tenants are responsible for for council tax, utility bills, TV Licence, TV subscriptions including phone and internet unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Tenants are responsible for the cost of replacement keys and locks should the tenant lose these and are unable to gain access to the property. An accurate up to date cost will be provided at the time or the tenant can instruct their own locksmith to do this.
If a tenant wants to terminate the agreement early and the Landlord agrees, the tenant would be liable for rent up to 48 hours before a new tenant moves in.

What permitted payments can I expect to pay if I rent a property with Your Move?
When you have agreed on the property of your choice, Your Move will provide you with a Tenancy Application Form. This helps explain not only the next stages of your application but any permitted payments which are due before you sign your Tenancy Agreement and any which may become payable during and after the tenancy. This will also include confirmation of the agreed rent and the deposit.
Below is a list of our current permitted payments. At any time you are interested in a property, please ask a member of staff for a full breakdown of permitted payments that may be payable before, during and after a tenancy.
