Located by the Royal College of Surgeons in Holborn, this is a museum of anatomical specimens, originally belonging to John Hunter, a pioneer of modern day surgery who lived between 1728-1793.
Although this place isn't haunted it is very creepy and gruesome with its displays of thousands and thousands of specimen jars. It's not suitable for those who are squeamish!
Alongside human specimens there's also a collection of animals. It houses the skeleton of the "Irish Giant" Charles Burn, a set of dentures once belonging to Winston Churchill, a necklace of human teeth brought to the UK by famous explorer Henry Morton Stanley.
