- Fitzrovia (co-shared with Camden Borough) An area of London that is both very affluent and very deprived. It was once considered a bohemian area of London and is situated very close to Soho, Bloomsbury and Marylebone.

- Knightsbridge (co-shared with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea) This is an affluent residential area and has some of the world's most expensive property prices in the world. It is also home to many exclusive shops such as Harvey Nichols.
- Lisson Grove is an area that has been going through significant regeneration and was once a area crippled gang crime.
- Marylebone Like most of Westminster Marylebone is an affluent inner city area of London. It is an area steeped in history and includes Baker Street, Harley Street and Regent's Park.
- Millbank This area is situated by the river Thames and includes Tate Britain, the Millenium Pier and Hide Tower
- Paddington Home to Paddington Bear, this is a central London area that is undergoing major regeneration under a project called Paddington Waterside which is developing former railway and canal areas in Paddington.
- Pimlico A very affluent area of Westminster and is in close proximity to the Houses of Parliament.
- St James's Once a residential area for Britain's aristocracy it is still a very affluent area but is largely a commercial area than a residential area.
- St John's wood This area has the highest rents in London and is one of the most expensive areas to live in London. Houses can sell for as much as £65M
- Soho An infamous area of London famed for it's amazing nightlife it has a great gay and lesbian scene, Chinatown as well as numerous theatres, bars and clubs. It is situated in very close proximity to Oxford Street.
- Victoria This area of London is largely used for commercial purposes but does have a mix of private and social housing.
- Westbourne Green Another affluent area that is close to Highbury and Islington. It is a very green area considering it's location and has it's own green space called Westbourne Green.
- West End The West End need no introduction, it's world famous for its theatres, art galleries, museums, and diverse shopping districts such as Piccadily Circus.
- Westminster City Centre - Famous for being home to Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, St James's Palace,
