One weeks rent of the monthly rent is payable in order to secure a property known as a `Holding Deposit'. Payment can be made by debit or credit card.

We will then require payment of the remaining balance of the first month's rent after 14 days to further secure the property if you haven't moved in within this period.

You are required to start the tenancy within 4 weeks of securing the property. It is the responsibility of the Proposed Applicants to ensure all references are completed and concluded to an `Acceptable' Outcome within 7 days of securing the property.

We can retain a `Holding Deposit' as non-refundable on the following grounds if any of the Proposed Applicants:
- Provides false or misleading information
- Fails the Right to Rent check
- Withdraws from a property
- Fails to take all reasonable steps to enter into a Tenancy Agreement

Please let us know immediately if you are unable to complete/return your application form within 48 hours otherwise your application will be cancelled and the property will be re-advertised.

Reference checking procedure: Each person over the age of 18 will need to complete an application form, which will be processed by our reference checking company Rent4Sure. To check the progresses of your application please contact our Admin department on .

Rent: Once your reference have been approved by the Landlord, the remaining balance of your first months' rent is required to hold the property until the agreed move-in date.

Deposit: Once your references have been approved, you will need to pay the deposit to hold the property until the agreed move-in date. This deposit will be held until you vacate the property and will be protected to comply with legal regulations. The deposit will be equivalent to five weeks rent.
