Our Referencing Process: When you have chosen a suitable property and we have agreed the proposed rental with the landlord you will be asked to complete an application form and make payment of the holding deposit. The option of a traditional bond/deposit alternative is also available, which when available and eligible will reduce the initial financial outgoing for an occupation contract holder.
