Our Tenant Application process commences once you have found a property that you would like to proceed to referencing with. You will be required to complete an online (or paper) application which will be submitted to our external Referencing Company to process. You are also required to provide an original photographic Identification (e.g. Passport, National id card, visa, resident permit, driving licence) and proof of residence (e.g. Original utility bill, council tax bill or bank statement all of which much be less than 3 months old).
You will also be asked to pay a 'Holding Deposit'* which is a maximum of 1 weeks rent (per tenancy). The Holding Deposit will be used towards the first month.
