Permitted Payments
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
Before the tenancy starts (payable to Aston Square)
Holding Deposit: 1 weeks rent
Deposit: 5 week's rent (total annual rent for the tenancy is less than 50,000)
Deposit: 6 week's rent (total annual rent for the tenancy is 50,000 or over)
During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)
Changes to tenancy: 50 or costs incurred (the higher of the two). Please note, this means that Aston Square can charge more than 50 if costs incurred exceed 50 and there is written evidence of this.
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent: At a rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate.
Payment for the loss of keys/security devices: Reasonable cost that they can evidence in writing.
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy.
During the tenancy - if permitted and applicable (payable to the provider)
Utilities gas, electricity, water
Communications telephone and broadband
Installation of cable/satellite
Subscription to cable/satellite supplier
Television license
Council Tax
Other permitted payments
Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
