Permitted Charges in accordance with the Renting Homes (Fees etc.) (Wales) Act 2019
Under the terms of the Tenant Fee Act if you enter into an Assured Shorthold Tenancy, the payments which may apply will be as follows:

Lost keys or other security devices: Tenants are liable for the actual cost of replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s) plus the agent’s costs in obtaining any necessary permissions, sourcing providers and travel costs which will be charged at £10.00 (inc. VAT).
