Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV license and council tax
Late payment of rent: 3.5% interest will be charged on each day the rent remains unpaid after its due date
Loss of keys or security device: You may be responsible for the reasonable costs incurred as a result of a lost key or security device. The cost will vary depending on the type of key or device
Tenant charges for Non-Housing Act Tenancies
