Holding deposit (per tenancy) - One week’s rent. This is to reserve a property. The holding deposit will be calculated by multiplying the month rent by 12 and dividing by 52. Lost key(S) or other security device(S) - Tenants are liable for the actual cost of replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s).
