Our guests are just a few steps over the road to the beautiful Tynemouth Long Sands Beach, with the renowned Cruesoes Beach Bar/Restaurant on your doorstep.The apartment is just a few minutes walk into Tynemouth Centre, with all the local bars, restaurants and shops, together with a co-op mini supermarket all in a short walk away. The sea front is one of the most beautiful scenic walks in the country and just a few minutes away from Priory Castle.Parking is available at the side on Percy Park via a free permit we provide. The metro link is also within walking distance to take you into Newcastle.The well furnished ground floor apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people (two double beds). And a travel cot & high chair for the little one. The master bedroom offers our guests a beautiful sea view to wake up to every day.Benefits include a private entrance into a hallway, there is a spacious well furnished lounge with a stunning sea facing bay window, a high standard fully fitted kitchen and super modern bathroom with shower over bath. Wifi included.Our apartments are professionally cleaned before and after any guest stays (no interim cleaning included), with all bedding and towels included. Long or short lets are available. Unfortunately, we have a strict No Pets policy at the property for guests.Once booked, we will send guests full details of the apartment, access information and other useful information to ensure your stay is a pleasure!Check-in and check-out timesCheck-in from 15:00 to 00:00Check-out from 06:00 to 11:00Please note the nightly rate advertised is a 'from rate', meaning a base out of season rate. Rates on holiday let properties vary depending on the time of year and can vary from week day to weekend rates. For a specific quote for a booking, please submit an enquiry including your proposed dates.In addition to the stay cost, guests pay a damages deposit, which is usually around £250, this is returned following the booking usually within 3 business days, subject to no damages.Council Tax Band: ADeposit: £0
Holding Deposit – equivalent to one weeks normal weeks rent (please ask our office for calculation if you need assistance). Please refer to the terms on our application form regarding holding deposits and refund policies.
Damage deposit ; 5 weeks normal rent, unless specifically quoted lower on our advertisements
Lost keys ; Receipt cost of supply of replacement keys
Surrender of tenancy ; Cost of remaining contract rent, unless agreement reached on a lower amount with our office (please consult our office in this instance for a cost)
Variation, assignment or novation of the tenancy contract (Inc Change of Names) ; upto £50 including vat. Please ask our office for costs in respect to your request.
Late Payment of Rent ; Rent falling 14 days overdue will attract late payment interest penalty of 3% above the Bank of England base rate at that time, and may be subject to issuance of a county court summons for the debt outstanding.
Payment of any damages in accordance with tenancy terms are permitted payments.
