The Rent

Early termination of tenancy (Deed of Surrender): £194 inc VAT for preparation of the Deed and cost of advertising, plus the cost of referencing new tenants and/or guarantors at £48 per applicant, plus payment of rent until a new tenancy has begun.
Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV license and council tax
Late payment of rent: 3.5% interest will be charged on each day the rent remains unpaid after its due date
Loss of keys or security device: You may be responsible for the reasonable costs incurred as a result of a lost key or security device. The cost will vary depending on the type of key or device
Tenant charges for Non-Housing Act Tenancies
